Maybe it’s meal prepping to nourish your body or setting boundaries to protect your peace. No matter what it looks like, self-care should make you feel refreshed, not overwhelmed.

And let’s not forget the power of looking good to feel good. Investing in a skincare routine, dressing in outfits that boost your confidence, and even practicing good posture can transform the way you show up in the world. SPF (Sunscreen) – This is non-negotiable! Sun damage is one of the biggest causes of premature aging, hyperpigmentation, and skin issues. A broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher is your best friend.

Minimal Makeup (Optional) – If you love a little glam, stick to lightweight makeup products that enhance your natural beauty without clogging pores. Think bb cream, mascara, and a tinted lip balm for a fresh look.
